Job Location: Toronto, ON

Salary Structure: $17 per hour

Envision Realty Inc. is a Real Estate Brokerage in Leslieville looking for a part-time in-house lead generation specialist with previous sales experience.

This position features outbound prospecting via phone, internet, etc. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in sales and social media. Our office features up-to-date modern workstations and is located at 1201 Dundas St. E.

Payment will be $17/hour with possibility of commission depending on performance.
Shifts 3 days a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Some days flexible.

Responsibilities

Continuous prospecting phone & email, outbound daily calls

Research and develop viable leads through prospect qualification and analysis
Initiate the sales process via outbound communications

Create/uncover client interest and needs, answer questions and qualify sales opportunities
Manage and track leads in CRM. Capture pertinent client data and prospect information

Participate in social media posting, promotion, and advertising

Occasionally cover a basic phone system, taking messages and booking appointments

Basic Qualifications

Experience in sales / lead generation A MUST!!!

Effective communicator, including strong verbal and written skills, by phone and email
Self-motivated, high energy team player, able to deliver results with limited oversight

Strong accurate follow-up skills, organization and detail orientation

Toronto Firm Wants Lead Generation

MS office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Google suite experience (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)

Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
Experience and technology savvy to quickly learn new software

Preferred Experience

Experience working with a CRM

Previous cold calling, lead generation or qualified appointment setting experience

Multilinguistic a plus

Familiar with social media growth strategies
Basic graphic design familiarity an asset

Basic understanding of the real estate industry an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00 /hour
