$30,000 – $60,000 a year

We are looking for energetic new individuals to join our team. This would be a great opportunity for someone in college or university to work over the summer break with the possibility of full time employment in the future.

We produce high quality horse hay as well as pedigreed seed(barley, wheat, peas, oats) near Carstairs Alberta.

We are looking for Individuals that are interested in farming as a career. A background in farming would be a necessity, Education in Farm Management would be a asset. Experience with modern farm equipment and technology would be advantageous.

The Job would include a variety of duties, including but not limited to

-operating equipment to Harvest grain, Tillage equipment, crop protection, cutting hay, baling hay, transporting hay and grain

-Loading hay, monitoring seed fields

-loading hay and grain trucks

We have a very good record of retaining skilled individuals that work well with our team. We are also searching for the right people to possibly work longer term in both our pedigreed seed business as well as manage our new hay delivery business that we are just launching.
